Important Notice About Installed Water Treatment Systems
Because the Rock Water™ 6-Stage Whole-Home Water Purification System is a custom-configured, professionally installed water treatment system, all installations are considered final once installation begins.
Water treatment equipment, once installed, cannot be returned or resold, as installation permanently alters system components and water contact surfaces. For this reason, installed systems are not eligible for refunds.
Pre-Installation Order Review & Cancellation
We encourage every customer to review their system configuration carefully before installation.
